How we handle reviews
Honest reviews only. Here’s how we keep it that way.
- We ask everyone. After a new policy or a claim, every client gets the same request. We don’t screen out unhappy people first.
- No rewards. No gift cards, raffles or discounts for reviews.
- We reply to all of them, without sharing anyone’s policy details.
- We link to the source, so you can read them where they were written.
